Capital Small Finance Bank is doing well, and now the bank opened its IPO on 7 February 2024. It’s a fresh equity issue of 32 shares of a whooping 450 crore with an offer for sale of 15.61 lakh shares, now allotment status is going to be released on January 12, 2024.

The money raised through this IPO will be used to increase the branches of the bank, boost the bank’s Tier 1 Capital base, and boost the lending business. 

The price band per share for Capital SFB is ₹445 – ₹468. A retail investor will need a minimum amount of investment of ₹14,976 in the current issue. The shares will be listed on stock exchanges NSE and the BSE.

Capital Small Finance Bank has allotted 15% to retail investors, 50% to qualified institutional buyers (such as banks, mutual funds, etc.), and 35% to non-institutional buyers (such as individual investors, corporate bodies, etc.).

A refund will be granted for the shares you haven’t allotted in the IPO allotment after subscribing to the lots. According to information released by the Capital SFB, the refund will be initiated on 13 February 2024. 

Capital Small Finance Bank IPO Listing Date

After the IPO allotments on 13 Feb, the listing of the shares will be done on the next day i.e. 14 February. The GMP of Capital Small Finance Bank is ₹37 today. So, according to the price band and the GMP, we can expect the listing price to hike up to 7%.
