ODSP Payment Amount 2024

The eligible Ontario residents would receive ODSP payment according to their living and financial situation. ODSP Support Benefits 2024

Eligible Ontario residents also receive additional benefits through ODSP support to ensure their well-being. Under the ODSP, the government offers additional health benefits to individuals and families that cover health-related expenses, such as:

  • Transportation costs for going to the pharmacy and health emergencies.
  • Cost of prescribed Drug

Who can apply for the ODSP?

Ontario residents need to meet the following eligibility requirements to receive the ODSP benefits:

  • The age of the applicant should be at least 18 years or above.
  • As an individual, your asset limit should not exceed $40,000, and $50,000 is set for couples.
  • You should need financial support to make ends meet, hence you must report all your income sources to prove that you need basic support. 
  • You must meet the disability requirements that come under the ODSP or belong to the prescribed Classes.

  • You can apply online with SIN, OHIP cards, birth certificates, immigration papers, banking information, and tax returns at the OSDP official website https://www.sada.mcss.gov.on.ca/intake/home-page
  • You can contact the Social Assistance Contact Center at 1-888-999-1142 or 1-800-387-5559 and apply for the ODSP program by providing your details over the phone.
  • You can also visit your nearby ODSP office and fill out the application form for ODSP support or work support with the required documents.
