Who is eligible for PA Property Tax Rebate?

The extra 50% of their refund, which varies from $190 to $500, is also available to homeowners in Philadelphia, Scranton, and Allegheny who earn $30,000 or under and whose taxes on their homes account for more than 15% of their entire income.
